Sweden's housing cooperatives
Structured data on every BRF in Sweden — property, buildings, key ratios, loans, energy, and historical annual reports. Everything in a single call, ready to use in your application, credit process, or brokerage service.
All BRF information in one place
A Swedish housing cooperative (BRF) is one of the most information-heavy organisational forms in Sweden. The data is scattered across Bolagsverket, Lantmäteriet, several other registries, and in annual reports. We collect, structure, and continuously update everything — so you can integrate against a single familiar interface instead of chasing data across many sources.
What's included in the data
Every BRF is described in detail from multiple complementary sources — the registry, the property, the buildings, the financials, and the annual reports are merged into a unified view.
Identity and registered office
Registration number, legal name, registration date, municipality and county of registered office, business description, SNI codes, and more.
Property and ownership
All properties owned or held under site leasehold — property designation, county and municipality codes, area, assessed value and assessment year, joint taxation status, and more.
Property addresses
All addresses linked to the cooperative's buildings — street address, postcode, locality, municipality, coordinates, building section area and living area, and more.
Income statement and balance sheet
Complete income statement and balance sheet per fiscal year — net revenue, operating expenses, financial items, fixed assets, equity, and liabilities, and more.
BRF-specific key ratios
Annual fee per sqm, debt per sqm (granted area and total area), savings per sqm, operating and energy costs per sqm, average debt interest rate, interest rate sensitivity, number of apartments, and qualifying/non-qualifying classification.
Loan portfolio
Number of loans, total debt, weighted average interest rate, share at fixed rate, and amounts maturing within twelve months — from the cooperative's latest annual report.
Board, auditor, and management
Number of board members and deputies, the auditor's report outcome, and the technical and financial managers when stated in the annual report.
Energy
Energy class, energy performance, and the date of the most recent energy declaration — when the data is on file.
Fee changes and maintenance
Latest fee change (date and percentage), planned changes, material events from the directors' report, and upcoming maintenance actions.
Swedish Enforcement Authority
Debt balance with Kronofogden and number of payment defaults — updated continuously and presented alongside the cooperative's other financial data in the same response.
Annual reports for download
List of available annual reports with period and arrival date. Download the original file ready to display, archive, or forward.
Continuously updated
The data is updated continuously every day. New annual reports are processed automatically as soon as they are filed with Bolagsverket.
Key ratios for BRFs
Every BRF receives a set of key ratios computed using the same method — directly comparable across cooperatives regardless of age, size, or who manages them. Fees and costs are stated per sqm, debt both per granted area and total area, and the interest rate sensitivity indicates how much the fee would need to rise on a 1 percentage point rate increase.
The data also classifies whether the cooperative is a qualifying ("äkta") or non-qualifying ("oäkta") housing cooperative — a tax-related distinction that affects both the cooperative and its members.

Detailed information about the cooperative
In addition to the structured key ratios, we also deliver enrichment data from the annual report: loan portfolio, fee changes, material events, planned overhaul or renovations, property details, management, energy, and key ratios such as solvency and the maintenance fund balance.
All structured in a consistent JSON format that follows your BRF — from a summary of the directors' report to the list of planned maintenance actions for the coming years.
