Permits

We hold all necessary permits to conduct credit bureau operations and handle sensitive personal data.

  • Credit Reporting License

    We hold a credit reporting license to conduct a nationwide credit reporting business. It is the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection that issues licenses and exercises supervision. You can find our name listed on the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection's website here.

  • License for Gross Notification from the State Personal Address Register

    We hold a license issued under case number 8-3170648 for what is called gross notifications with extended relationship authorization from the State Personal Address Register, SPAR. SPAR is a board within the Swedish Tax Agency that receives information from the Population Register. Extended relationship authorization means that we receive information about registered spouse and guardians.

  • License for Property Register for Credit Reporting Purposes

    We hold a license issued under case number LM2024/073581 regarding nationwide information from the property register, including information on personal identity numbers and mortgages, for credit reporting purposes from Lantmäteriet.

  • License for Providing Information from the Property Register

    We hold a license issued under case number LM2025/026738 to provide information from the property register through extracts and subscriptions. According to Section 6 FRL, the following conditions are also set for those granted: Special authorization must be assigned to the persons who are to have access to information about personal identity numbers and mortgages.

    We meet the requirements of ISO 27001:2022, information security. Our certificate number is CI-20536/2025 and was issued on 2025-03-17 and is valid until 2028-03-16.

  • ISO 9001 Certified - Quality Management

    We meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, quality management. Our certificate number is CKM-20536/2025 and was issued on 2025-03-17 and is valid until 2028-03-16.

  • ISO 14001 Certified - Environmental Management

    We meet the requirements of ISO 14001:2015, environmental management. Our certificate number is CKM-20536/2025 and was issued on 2025-03-17 and is valid until 2028-03-16.
